To ensure your paper is submitted for evaluation, please observe the following mandatory requirements:

File Format: The paper must be submitted exclusively in PDF format. Files in other formats will not be accepted.

Reference Letter: Submission of the Advisor’s Reference Letter at the time of submission is mandatory. Without this document, the paper submission will be considered incomplete.

Results and Schedule: The date and time of the presentations will be announced later, together with the publication of the acceptance results.

Attention: Please make sure that all files have been correctly attached before finalizing the submission.
